We just found this up under an old deck in a house we are refurbishing. I can't find any information online about it. No one has heard of a carnival glass pendant/necklace. Does anyone have any info on it and can help me out? judy_soper@yahoo.com

Are you sure the pendant is glass? Not clay with a glazed surface?
I’m asking that because the iridescent finish looks like the result achieved by raku firing.
Either way, it’s beautifully designed and a lucky find for you! I’m envious!
