I have come to regard this shape as typically Rindskopf. It seems a common shape for many Art Deco décors. This would have had a silver rim originally, I think, or at least designed for one to be applied in the country of import.
Like any weird or unusual décor, I would appreciate the thoughts of the Rindskopf aficionados.
    It is 20cm high.

Hi Ian, Rindskopf does have a rather rare decor that is a lemon yellow with bright blue small streaks and spots. I have only seen it before on two other vases; here is an example on CW: http://www.collectorsweekly.com/stories/57913-uncommon-rindskopf-decor The examples I have seen do not have the mica, like yours, however, and also have a matte iridescent finish. Are the streaks in your vase blue, or green? I wasn't sure from the pictures.

They are dark blue, but appear greeny against the yellow. It's shape, size and make up matches my others.
