This touches my sea heart.
Great painting by Webb. There's just the name on the plaque, no signature or complete date.
It's painted on canvas, measures 9 1/2 x 11 1/2 inches.
There is a partial date of 18 ?? on the back.
I 'd love to know more about this if you can help.
