Here are two 8" art glass vases, most likely manufactured by Anton Ruckl. This red lined oxblood and white spatter decor is identified as Ruckl with an Antonin Rückl & Sons, Vcelnicka paper label as shown here:

This Ruckl label design was registered in 1903 per the Glasmarken Lexicon.
No related decors or related shapes have ever been found labeled Welz.

Empirical research methods clearly indicate that much of what's currently being attributed as "Welz" glass was actually manufactured by Anton Ruckl.
