Well just one of the things I picked up yesterday at a boot sale. Very nice set in the original box from Paris according to the label. I am however stumped by the two marks on the front of each spoon. One is the number 18, the other may be a makers mark? Any info would be greatly appreciated as always.

Does anyone know what the 18 stamp is within the bowl of the spoons? An Internet search hasn't helped me one bit!

Maker`s mark in a rectangle for silver plated items.
Number 18 indicates that 18 grams of pure silver was used for plating a dozen pieces.
