    Found this in the ground about 20 years ago.
    Lived on 30 acres in Moyock North Carolina.
    Was walking fro the barn back to the house and the sunlight hit this just right....let off an awesome sparkle.
    There was a 1/3 acre pond that was dug by previous owners of the property. They took that dirt and spread it over parts of the cleared land. I assume this is where this must have come from. Who really knows though...
    To me it looks like Morganite
    Has a beautiful pink to peachy color
    I call iit my "Gem in a box"
    Sits on a small hallway table with some old books.
