Hello. I purchased this at an auction recently and am looking for any info on the item anyone might have, value, etc. The label (sorry the picture is upside down, my phone was less than cooperative when I was taking it) states "Thomas Furniture", Woodstock, Ontario, and made in December 1946, Sewing Cabinet style 2001, batch # 22, walnut finish. Anyone know anything about this? I have searched online with no luck. Thanks.

Just trying to get a sense of the value of the piece. I have tried to find the maker, but it doesn't look like the company is still operational. Any thoughts? Thanks

It's a factory made piece so there are other examples out there. I have seen that label on other furniture offered at Auctions in Ontario, Canada but I never looked-up the manufacturer. I'd contact some local Auction houses for their evaluation/appraisal. They would have more knowledge on this manufacturer. RER
