Discovered this a while ago walking on the road, seems like a print but not sure.
It is signed in pencil but looks illegible to me, and hoping someone can tell me the name on this art piece. ( Whipelham 74?) It also has two embossed logo which I cannot distinguish. It also has the print number issue 7/30 (Seventh print out of thirty)
It's done on type of vellum paper and the frame is heavy cardboard with clear glass front.
Measures: 83 x 63 cm (2.8" x 2" feet)
Would be grateful if a link can be supplied so I can find out more.
