Winery mystery unsolved

Hi there! This is something that I purchased from a friend that purchased it at a yard sale. I absolutely love it and it is by far my favorite piece to my kitchen. I'm not sure the exact name of it because I have heard and seen it described by so many. I know the bubble is for ice to keep it from mixing with the liquid and watering it down. I have used google and many other things to find out more, but can't find anything with the details like this one has. I have found just the glass, but nothing with the corks or leather detailing as such. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
