Chrome and leather adjustable lounge with two positions. It is tubular steel and very nice quality leather. I have very little info on the history of the lounge. All the cushions zip up and have old zippers and the fabric on the back of the headrest is almost identical to a bentwood chair I own from the late 1930/1940s. The leather cushions look like old design and construction. I purchased it in South Orange County CA
