google search-cobalt glass punch bowl/Italian glass punch bowl/Highly decorated punch bowl - describe, as close as you can, what cups(?) look like - does it have any markings - how do you know it's Italian.

I think that you have a marriage of glass here. The sherbert cups are possibly italian cobalt glass but I'm certain that the center compote is kings crown or kings thumbprint with silver gilding on rim and foot. The quality of glass and the color also varies. The center compote is a deep cobalt(almost navy blue) whereas the sherberts are lighter. If this was a set the colors would mirror each other as well as the pattern.

Perhaps a matching set of murano silver overlay cobalt glass. Could you post a pic of the sticker?

You're welcome Delwyn. I wasn't going to give up on this one. It's a beautiful set, and hope you can find some more glasses.
