There is a single piece of black onyx, surrounded by concentric rings of gold balls. The two side metal pieces look woven, although the back shows that this is merely a molded pattern. The chain is 4 sided, and the metal is gold-filled.
This seems to be a smaller version or part of a set shared by http://www.collectorsweekly.com/user/antiquarius123 in the Napier Costume Jewelry item #14.
I would like to know more about it.
