This was made for the francophone markets of France or Belgium, if the stamp "TCHECOSLOV" is anything to go by. It is mould-blown and horizontally and vertically ridged. It would likely have formed part of a liqueur service with 6 matching glasses originally.
It is 23.5cm high with stopper and likely pre-war, 1930s production of a Wiener Werkstaette design. Or at least channelling the energy of that movement.
Any info re similar stamps would be much appreciated.
