Orange Frank Welz basket- where are the experts??

gorgeous orange white and blue basket with swirls and made wih great fun...I think from memory it's Murano but I could be wrong...of course, it's Frank Welz...thought more might have spotted that little trick question!

Please admire, I don't have the history as it blew away in a windy city moment. I think whats to note here is the quality of workmanship. The handle applicationis brilliant and the colours of the cobalt along with the clear clarity of the glass show style and sophistication....
