I think this is a ginger jar? Hand painted, I have seen a few, but not like this and all the others I have seen do not have a signature on the front V. Marsh. I would love to know more about it.

Does anyone know who V. Marsh might be and why the signature? I was told it may have been a blank hand painted by V. Marsh.... Not sure who this artist might be, but this is beautiful.

can someone tell me if the signature is Walter Marsh? Looking at his work, it appears to be correct, but the signature on this appears to be V. Marsh....can someone help me identify?
