I picked this beautiful clock up at an Estate sale for $75...I just couldn't resist it's beauty. Label on back says Belasco W E Welch MFG Co. I have no clue about clocks. If you can help me with approx period it was made and any other information I would be extremely grateful. I have tried to research but I have found nothing with the Belasco title. Oh yes and I found the key inside the box.

It's a Belasco. Circa 1900. Originally listed for $8.65. A largely intact label is relatively rare...especially when it is located on the outside of the case.

Your clock looks very nice. It does appear that the side metal trimming has lost a piece. At least that appears to be the case on the right side of the clock. We can't clearly see the left side in your photos.

Hope that solves your mystery. If so, please indicate "Mystery Solved" in your listing. If not, do you have any other questions we might be able to help you with?
