Delicate ceramic vase of unknown origin

Bought this delicate little vase (8.25" tall and 2.5" across at top) at a country auction and would love to know its maker.....The bottom 2/3 of vase is a olive green color that then blends into cream at the top where there is a wonderful Art Nouveau-style (or at least that's what I thought) Dutch landscape with a little windmill......

Any ideas how old this vase is or who made it?
