What he has is an Otasco Flying O (likely Pacer Model) based from the center tube decals. they were made Huffy and sold by other brands like Sears, Kmart, etc. Date is from 60's through early 70's though that chrome chain guard suggests early 60's. Value is from $50.00 to $85.00 based upon current condition, missing rear fender, possible rear rack.

HISTORY: PRIVATELY MADE IN THE 60's & 70's FOR OTASCO or OKLAHOMA TIRE & SUPPLY COMPANY - A GRAND ESTABLISHMENT MANAGED BY A FINE GROUP OF LOCAL OKLAHOMA BUSINESSMEN THAT IS SADLY NO LONGER IN OPERATION.
