    Was told 1930s but not sure. I believe it's porcelain. 21" tall. Looks to be hand painted. Each legs on the bottom has holes that are hollowed out. No makers mark. Bought on Craigslist. Grand Rapids Michigan. Can not find any information on it. Please help.
