    Had this piece some time now
    w. Appears to be an early kerosene lamp base. Most likely pewter and brass. Little boy and dog statue. Literally know nothing so any help is welcomed

      No markings at all? Unusual, that.

      None that I see. I'm thinking of removing the felt bottom.
