As described in The Timekeeper The Hamilton Watch, copyright 1911, by The Hamilton Watch Company:
Movement Grade 936
18 size, 17 Jewels, adjusted to temperature, isochronism, and five positions, double roller escapement, steel escape wheel, Breguet hairspring, patent regulator, double-sunk dial, beautifully damaskeened.
This Timekeeper receives the same careful attention that is given to all Hamilton Timekeepers.
This watch will be cased by the jeweler in any style case that the purchaser desires.
Price, movement only...........$24.00
This watch with serial number 198256 was manufactured in 1902. It is a stem wind & lever set movement, railroad grade and a Victorian Lady porcelain, single sunk dial.
It is cased in a J. Boss, 14K, 25 year gold-filled case by the Keystone Watch Case co.

Hopefully not too late to comment. It`s NOT hand painted, under higher magnification tiny regular dots are clearly seen (transfer printing).
