Anyone know what type of bottle this is?

Hi, I purchased this old bottle from a dealer today and was curious if anyone had any info on who may have manufactured this type of bottle and perhaps how and when it may have been made. There are no marks that I can see or stamps of any kind.
My interest was really peeked in this bottle because of the fact that there is a bug in the bottom that was trapped there during the manufacturing process. I am curious as to how old this bottle is because of the insect inside.
