Monte Carlo Game of Skill For Trade Only Try Your Luck Trade Stimulator

I don't know much about this so I am looking for help. From the research I have done it is a Trade Stimulator possibly made by B&S Machine Company. It is not coin operated. You press the lever and the "roulette" wheel spins tumbling the dice. I don't know when it was made. From my understanding these trade stimulators were used in general stores near the cash register to encourage sales. A winner could possibly get more product (not sure). Any info would be greatly appreciated.
