Old Master Lithograph/Etching/Woodcut Quaker With ladies

I bought this item from an attic sale,I was told by the man who sold it to me that it belonged to his grandmother he's about 65-69 I'm not sure what it is an etching,lithograph,or woodcut if you look on the back look like it was pressed in paper I can't remove because the mat is struck to picture,the paint is thick,the frame it was in has what look like hand made nails,the mat look like wood paper,hope someone can help id this wonderful piece it look like an old master's piece.
