Tie Pins Membership Indentification???

These are some small tie pins/clips that I found at a flea market. The are an enamel green pin with a gold "V". They are sterling and I think even have little diamonds. I believe they are a men's club/membership gift. I just cannot find anything that tells me what group they could be. Does anyone know anything about these pins? When they would be from? I found them in a box with quite a few American Legion and veterans pins as well if that helps. Any help would be great!! Thanks!
