    Found this object at a estate sale up in Big Pine California. It belongs to a hot rod and motorcycle enthusiast. With his cars and motorcycles were featured in Hot Rod and Easy Rider magazine. The gentleman had passed away and the family was selling his belongings. They informed me that it was insulator but I was skeptical. I have maybe about 40 hours invest it online trying to identify this object. I've asked anyone and everyone I came across in different employment fields. And I have not yet figured it out. I've been told it might be a insulator, isolator, step down, fuse, light......
    I have know idea what it is.
