Well, actual two are shape 618 "variants".

Lead Lustre 618 vases are approximately 6.5 inches tall.

Photo #1: Decor #36 - canary yellow with opal festoons/drag loops, bright orange iridescent interior, opal base glass, exterior not iridized. Canary yellow is the company name and it is quite beautiful

Photos #2 - #3: This is one of those pieces that crosses/blurs the line between Lead Lustre & Free Hand. I believe this example started in a Lead Lustre shape 618 mold and then was stretched and hand tooled. The lime green color to date has only been seen on Lead Lustre pieces. I would call this "Lead Lustre 618 Variant with Lime Green Leaf & Vine Decor and Orange Crizzled Throat".

Photo #4: Undocumented decor - abstract blue design on orange/yellow, bright orange iridescent interior, exterior not iridized, opal base glass - somewhat flattened top, hence the "variant" designation here too.
