I picked this piece up more than 20 years ago, at an estate sale in Seattle. I was told it was made in the 1920's. I've searched High and Low for this maker's mark, which itself is about 3/8", in an Art nouveau style. It is Sterling, measures 3 1/2 " x 1 3/8". The stones are Ivory / bone and fire agate.

I'd appreciate anyone's knowledge, or input on this. I haven't seen anything else like this wonderful piece.

i'd guess late 70s to mid 80s. i lived in a metalsmith community in the early 80s, and this style was very popular at that time.

Thanks! I was thinking it might be a modernist piece. The Hallmark is very similar to some Danish artists'.

it might be, but a lot of the jewelers i knew back then used very similar monograms. retro repeats and repeats!

Not to disrespect the artistry of this piece, but I can't help seeing a stomach, intestines and ...!
