Here is a 7" heart shaped glass vase, most likely manufactured by Anton Ruckl. This red lined oxblood and white spatter decor is identified as Ruckl by an Antonin Rückl & Sons, Vcelnicka paper label as shown here:
http://www.burchardgalleries.com/auctions/2012/feb1912/01images/l506.htm
This Ruckl label design was registered in 1903 per the Glasmarken Lexicon.
No related decors or related shapes have ever been found labeled Welz.
All constructive comments and questions are welcome.

Your welcome Charcoal.
The Ruckl black foil label in question is documented as being registered in 1903 according to the Glasmarken Lexicon..... the world's most complete, and best glass mark and label reference book.
For those of us who don't have access to that reference, maybe you could scan and post the applicable page?
Hello artfoot, unfortunately not at this time. The book however is available on Amazon & elsewhere.
