There is no signature or markings on this old Brass Bracelet so I have no idea where to look for information on it. The green stones could be Czechoslovakian glass with yellow/green spatter or something else. I have seen the style of cut-outs with squares and almonds before, but not in Jewelry. Would it be considered Deco? It measures 7 3/4" long by 1 1/2" wide and the oval "stones" measure 1" by 3/4". Should the brass on jewelry be cleaned if I decide to sell it? Any ideas? Thanks, RER(BOB)
Bob, it would seem so. I maybe wrong.....and art deco era...lovely .
Thank you Lee! Would you clean it? BOB
I just got done reading something that said "If you plan to sell something, do not clean it". They also stated that it takes years to get that desired patina, and you can't get it back the way it was. You will be putting your wallet at risk if you do clean it. People love that.
I agree with the above, love the patina...I wouldn't want to have it clean...:-)
arts and craft?

Thank you valentino97 for the research you did and the info. We have had many 1950's copper pieces over the years and I'm pretty sure that this bracelet is Brass and not copper. You can contact me by email if you want more info. on it. My email is available in my LOUMANAL page. BOB
Check out the last post I did. Do you see what looks like dust? That's patina. Personally, I don't like patina, it looks dirty to me and it takes everything I've got not to touch it!!! ;) And from what val mentioned, you might be interested to know a little about C Jere, if you don't already.
Is this brass? I would have said copper, too. Lovely piece. :)
