Very nice piece! I'm a sucker for Fritz Heckert, have quite a large collection of his work.
I do not (yet) have the Heckert book, is your vase documented as a Sütterlin design in the Heckert book?
I don't have the Heckert Book yet either, but I've been told by Heckert collectors that this design is documented at the Passau Museum. I've got several pieces in my collection as well. I've always liked Heckert pieces, but I'm just now starting to really appreciate his work.
Here's a really beautiful piece I picked up while in Europe a few years back:

I should get all my Heckert photographed, I probably have around 50 pieces by now.
I saw your piece the other day when I was scouring the internet and thought how remarkable it is. Gorgeous and unusual!
A true stunner !!!
Thank you, Sean!
Your very welcome John!!
Cool piece of heckert!
Thanks John, yours is a beauty as well!
really wonderful
Thank you, Volkmar Schorcht for the clarification on the designer.
Please see my review of another piece that definitely applies to your piece here: http://www.collectorsweekly.com/stories/85398-fritz-heckert-enameled-vase#comment-870961
I furthermore explain who the designer of the decoration was, as well as who the designers of the various glass blanks were. Incidentally, I saw that you thanked Volkmar Schorcht, whose criticism does not appear under the responses for this item.
Volkmar gave me the pattern number and corrected me about the designer on a Facebook glass group...hence the credit to Volkmar.
