Victorian Teapot With Unknown Mark on Bottom - DB?

I found this teapot at a thrift store and it had an attached price tag that said DB-0011-V and the original price was $59.99. The tag also said Spring Floral. There is a mark on the bottom that could represent db. Also, there is something around the bottom rim of the front of the teapot that is faded but I think I can make out the date 1976. Can anyone tell me who made this teapot? Thanks!
