Art Deco Egyptian Revival?

Good day, collector weekly community. I purchased this pin at a yard sale recently and would appreciate any information about its age or maker. The piece is not marked on the back. The body of piece appears to be brass and the red looks like a type of plastic. There is a coat of arms, embossed in gold leaf, on the main part of the pin that holds the Egyptian charms. The coat of arms appears to have an anchor and a spear crossing diagonally and a hatchet crossing in a vertical fashion. Although, not to sure if these pictographs are correct; very small. Lastly, above the pictographs are letters that read: KOFC; the "F" & "C" are debatable. Thanks for taking the time to read all this info! Have a wonderful day!!
