Yes, TallCakes should be able to identify it, if and when he takes a look. Lovely cake stand! :)
I can tell you that the plateau (plate) part is EAPG and is McKee Bros. #9 'Masonic' c1894; not sure about the pot metal pedestal, tho' I've seen several in this configuration.
