Hope you like this....an Old Vintage PERPETUAL *FLIP* Calendar. You would flip the Globe part once a day and it would change the date due to the sliding mechanism inside. For the Desk. This one is all metal with a Chrome base. Has a little logo on the top for the City of DALLAS. I assume this was bought at some Souveneir Store from there. Another GREAT thing about it -- it still has it original Price Tag of $ 2.00 for it. Both sides have the same world map on it. Think from around the 1950's era.....

    Thanks for looking !! ;-)

Looking on the Interwebz, these were probably made for every city in the U.S. I have one from my grandfather that was made for Chicago. Yours is in great shape! :)

@katherinescollections - Thanks for the comment!! Yes at one time these were very plentiful. Now harder to find!! I remember playing with something like this Granny's place when I was a Kid. It was there to *amuse* us kids...LOL

@Rick55 -- Thanks for the Neat comment!! Once again, all I gotta do it open a drawer or a box here. I slowed down "bringing things home" or go out "hunting" for things. Why? I have my own little store here of things....LOL. But I do still miss the HUNT !!
