A very nice balance beam scale used for weighing film & photo processing ingredients from the early 1900s. It shows some signs of wear and neglect and is also missing one of the weights (50 grams or less).
I haven't decided yet whether I'll leave it as found or try to clean and restore it a bit; with a refinished mahogany base and polished metal it would like quite spiffy!
The base measures 4" x 9". It was a surprising yard sale find for only $1.
