Antique "Pearl In An Oyster Shell" Trinket Dish - Victorian??

This pretty dish has a tiny chip on the edge, but no matter to me. I have had this for quite a few years, bought at a second hand shop. I can't make heads nor tails of the mark on the back and have no clue what the green printing is under the gold. Diameter is 5.5 inches. I have never seen another one, so nothing for comparison. Nothing comes up in an image search. Nothing comes up in a search for the mark. I logged it under European Pottery for lack of a better choice.
