Hi Thank You for the information I was having trouble trying to find the artist name? Would this be more helpful to know this information?

On these types of paintings, you may never know who painted it. These were for the most part painted by factory workers with names you can't make out because the person doesn't really exist. Its like Reynolds paintings here in the US, Burr had his starving artist painters write his name on it but he never touched or had anything to do with it creation. Workers in China would get a name assigned to them and just sign what name they are told. Its more of a Decrotive piece from the time period.
