Hope this is Welz .The shape is a bit different from the vase I posted two months ago but like other Welz lobed vases.
The colours make me think how they were laid.The inner yellow,outer clear and white spatter glass are obvious to me.But what with this delicate pink?It interfuses with yellow and it's difficult to state if it's pieces of glass or just painted.I tried to show it in the 3rd pic but I'm afraid I failed.

Hi, Ivonne, What a lovely vase.....I particularly like the bright yellow inner and believe you are right in thinking it is Welz. I don't think there's any paint.

Oh,yes.This is it.
The pink is so delicate and it melts in yellow,hence my precariousness
