A trip all the way to Edmonton Canada to get some parts for a gas pump can't be wasted for just that can it? Nahhhhh! Why not drag a trailer and get some other cool stuff along the way I thought? After calling all my contacts in Montana and Canada I was fortunate to locate this Black and Orange Phillips sign in Dillon and then was really lucky to find a guy in Missoula willing to sell me this pole. These Phillips rings are really hard to find & we feel really lucky to have found the sign & pole within reasonable distance of each other. Hmmmm? Reasonable is the key word. The total trip was 3200 miles and gas in Alberta is $4.50/gal!!! The fun is in the hunt!

Thx for the love it. No snow yet. It was tee shirt weather in Edmonton/Calgary as well! When it comes it will come with a fury this year! Gotta do a lot of Collecting before that happens.
Heading there today. Just wondering if i need to get the winter stuff out of my suitcase .

Thx for the love it and yes we are happy to have another Orange and Black on a pole. I don't know why they ar so hard to find as there were lots of them around nod in the early days? Stuff has really dried up lately and all the packers I know are really complaining about how little stuff they see at auctions etc. I'm just glad we have what we have and love to hunt for more, but only when we occasionally get some of what we find.

lol.....Yup price of Gas in Canada not cheap. A while ago it was like $ 6.00 a gallon, so Thank God it HAS went down!!

Yep! We paid $6.50/gal for gas at Dease Lake Canada a few years ago on a trip to Alaska. That was a dream trip with 8000 mi on the road and about 1k on the water. What a dream trip in spite of the high price of fuel
