Well isn't this a beauty? Truly, madly, deeply. However, I've read that there is/was originally published and sold with an orange dust jacket. I can't find any details or images on that claim.
What do you know about the orange dust jacket?
And does anyone know who worked with Nonesuch and initialed "V.M." with the out-of-series note?
