This is something anyone who lives in a log cabin has to have.
The Towle's Log Cabin Syrup tin is vintage from around the 1940s. It is a 12 once container. I fear it is a bit rusty to use for syrup now.
The bank version is not vintage and are seen often in antique malls. There is a coin slot in the cap.

So fitting. I'll keep my eye out for you for one thats not so rusted. We'll see what happens! I'm sure you already have the Indian head bottle right? That one is log cabin isn't it??? If you don't have one, I do. I'll send it to you cuz you need one of those too.

Thank you very much shareurpassion. One like this with less rust would be good. let me know if you find one. I thought I had paid a bit too much for this but looks like I got a good buy. Yes the Indian head is log cabin and I have all the 1776 except that one.
