This is a piece of collectible MEDALTA Canadian Pottery. Made in Alberta, Canada. Nice glaze colors. Marked on the bottom. ** Medalta also made those BIG bowls that everyone used on the farm to "make Bread" in. The last picture shows another Big Bowl of Medalta Pottery that was my mom's, and my Granny before that.
