I have really come to love these pieces from the Haida area workshops - this one was attributed to Josef Eiselt by the seller, who was located in Novy Bor (Haida).

Some information on Eiselt from the Glasmarken Lexikon, by Carolus Hartmann:

Josef Eiselt attended the Glasfaschule Steinschönau from 1910-1914. After completing his training, he worked at various glass companies, and started in 1917 a decoration studio in a Steinschschönau, which he directed until 1945. Concurrently, he was working as as a teacher of stained glass at the glassmaking school in Haida. After the Second World War he taught from 1950-1956 at the glassmaking school in Hadamar. He is considered one of the pioneers of the art deco style in glass.

Beautifully decorated in colorful flowers and butterflies in three alternating panels (also typical of the area and period), this piece is 8" tall and weighs nearly three pounds!

Beautiful - I really love how the frosted geometric panels set off the gorgeous enamel work - it is a wonderful design.
