The letters are, from top to bottom, left to right - E (space), Q, (second line) A (space), ICE (space), &, and third line is P (maybe), A, N. I think the next letter may be a Y, but there is just a very small piece of it visible.
We found this in Mounds State Park, where there is an old dump site, perhaps from the time of the amusement park (1920's). The amusement park closed in 1930, but we don't know when the glass dump was used....
My guess, it's just a guess:

Thank you for the help. Our lettering is a little different but I am certain that my piece is from the Anderson company.
