The bud vase is 6 3/4" tall. It does have a mark on the bottom. It could be a three, an m, a W or a bird in flight!! I believe it is arcature style. The only similarities I've found were done by McCoy. I'm sure there must be others who have done this style.
Any suggestions on how to find more info would be appreciated. I have google imaged them but have not found anything even close.
