    This photo was posted on a Bob Dylan fan group Facebook page, illustrating Dylan's interest in making gates.

    Nobody seems to be able to date the photo, or to be able to identify where it was taken.

    It appears that there are 2 Stars and Stripes flags inside the banner with the words on it, so I'm assuming it's somewhere in the States.

    Please could anybody let me know where this is, and the event and year, thanks.
