Qiangdong Teapot ?

I've researched a little on the internet and I am of no further knowledge as to this teapot. Unless I study, trace and compare every line of the Chinese (I'm assuming it's Chinese) script on the mark on the base, I will not know the origin or year of this teapot.

I acquired it from a flea market in Thailand (don't frown, I am well aware of the vast amount of reproductions that are made in Thailand and also of the amount that flood into Thailand from China and Malaysia).

It's an intriguing pot. The finial on the top is delicate. It appears to be a rabbit of some sort.

The measurements are:

Width: 17.4cm
Height: 8.7cm
Depth: 10.1cm

Any advice and knowledge would be greatly appreciated.
