Hi Gang: Had this for a while not but never have figured out the maker. Murano, AVEM, JI.CO, Venetian? I think from around the era of 1950's - the 1970's. I have been looking around and can find lots of examples -- BUT can not find any examples that have a bottom like mine that is lumpy or formed. The info:
~ Not black, kinda Smokey/purple/ or amethyst
~ About 7 inches wide
~ About 2 inches tall
~ Scalloped around the edges, with one edge fold over
~ Gold and Silver Flakes in it
~ Many colors
~ Good wear on base........very Good Wear !!!!!!
~ Weight is about 2.4 pounds
~ Base is kinda like *bumpy* or *formed*
Any ideas on age // maker // or anything at all. Would be nice to put a Murano Furnace name to it. Thanks for looking and LOVING!!

Love it! I think with the colour and silver flakes in it is an AVeM Tutti Fritti ashtray like mine. Did you see this link?

There are so many different shapes, I have another one I need to post with lobes that look almost like flower petals!
