      In the early 60s they sold these stamps in a small orange sack for under a buck. They also sold a world book and a US book to place your stamps. I still have both of my books.

      there is a whole series of stamps issued during ww2 that feature a hitler. at one time I had numerous series of these stamps. unfortunately I lent my little sister the stamps for a school project. when I got out of the USAF all of them were missing.
      RonM is correct, you could purchase thousands of stamps for as little as 10 cents.
